Behind-the scenes of Homebody Club, personal practices + the products I've been loving
Who doesn't love some juicy details
Hi Homebodies,
Welcome to Homebase a new column as part of ‘The Club’ (our premium community), where I share with you a monthly debrief. It’s a tell-all of what’s been happening behind-the-scenes for Homebody, my personal life and the ultimate list of resources, products and links for everything I have been loving for the month.
Homebase: The monthly debrief
Firstly, let’s get to know each other:
Hi, my name is Lucy 👋
I’m 31, have a 7-week-old baby, one Bordoodle puppy, two cats and an awesome husband. We live in Adelaide, Australia.
I am a certified yoga teacher, specialising in restorative and accessible movements. I am also certified in Reiki and have studied EFT meditation, breathwork and somatic techniques. I’ve also had a 12-year career in marketing, working for some of Australia’s biggest fashion and beauty brands.
At age 7, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and at 19 was diagnosed with Lupus, Anxiety and Chronic Fatigue.
Homebody Club has been a worldwide community for nearly 6 years. There’s been many different iterations, but the goal has always been the same… to create resources to support your self-care practices, that include mindfulness techniques, adaptive restorative movements for bodies with different abilities, a likeminded community, and more.
Thank you for being here, it’s a pleasure to connect.
☀️ In this edition, we will be covering:
My March moodboard, monthly theme and how I’m channeling it
My current rest, nourishment and self-care practices
The products I’ve been using on high rotation that you need to know about
Behind-the-scenes of Homebody Club: the new focus, how I plan content and a sneak peek of future posts
Why is there a paywall, you may ask? Sharing these resources is incredibly intimate and involves lots of invested time to channel and create. Supporting Homebody by joining ‘The Club’ facilities more thoughtful and nourishing content, that moves away from the surface level stuff that we see on other social media sites.
